1970s Rolf Ball Signed French Engraving. Printed in France on very thick textured matte paper. Hand signed by the artist and part of limited series 67/99. Beautiful high-quality screenprinted and embossed details, which look even better in person.

About the Artist - Rolf Ball
Rolf Ball was born in Strasbourg in 1945. Passionate about painting from a very young age, he decided to undertake artistic studies at the Decorative Arts of Strasbourg, under the aegis of Camille Hirtz, his initiator and teacher, with whom he maintained a deep friendship. Attracted by prehistory and the art of traditional populations, he pursued ethnology studies at the Faculty of Human Sciences in Strasbourg, and directed his research towards African art, cave art and that of other ethnic groups ( Australian Aborigines, Inuit, Incas, etc.). Numerous exhibitions mark his career in France, Germany, Switzerland, Luxembourg, Italy etc. Since 1996, he has been president of the Society of Independent Artists of Alsace.
