Returns & Refund Policy

Given the vintage and often one-of-a-kind nature of our inventory, products are available at varying levels of condition. Please read the description of items prior to purchase to review the items condition before making a decision to purchase. As we do not offer change of mind product returns.

If your product was damaged during shipping we recommend you file a claim with the shipping company online to claim a refund. If you need assistance with this please contact us at formvintagela@gmail.com. We also have the ability to file a claim for coverage should you have issues with the shipping company processing this for you. However we will need to access the damage with photos and a variety of other information which we can discuss with you at the time. We withhold the rights to decline the return if both the insurance company and the shipper provide just cause for declining your refund.

Inspection Requirement. Returned items are subject to inspection upon receipt. Refunds may be reduced or denied to the extent an item is returned damaged, altered, reframed, improperly packaged, or in materially different condition from when shipped, except where prohibited by applicable law.

No Chargeback Circumvention. Customers agree to contact us and provide a reasonable opportunity to resolve order concerns before initiating a payment dispute or chargeback.
