Their innovative technique involved simultaneously placing two colors on the screen, creating a distinctive transition effect. It took them two years to perfect the smooth shading that became their signature. Initially focusing on non-objective abstract works, the couple transitioned to West Coast landscapes upon moving to British Columbia. Over a decade on the Sunshine Coast, they produced around 200 editions, predominantly featuring British Columbia scenery.
