About the Artist - Serge Delaveau
Serge Delaveau was a France contemporary painter (1911 - 1999). After studying lithography in the early 1920s he moved to Paris to attend art school. It didnt take long before the artist was picked up by local galleries and his career took off in Paris. In the 1980s demand for his work filtered into nearby European countries. The artist was producing new works right up until his passing in the late 1990s.
